Car Repair Paint Coating Function


Car repair paint can be divided into car paint primer, putty, varnish, basecoat and car paint topcoat according to the coating function. 
The primer is a coating that is sprayed directly onto a metal substrate. Its main role is the metal corrosion and filling the metal substrate of the minor defects and rust and so on. Now commonly used at home and abroad is a two-component epoxy primer, two-component polyurethane primer and phosphating primer. The anti-rust paint used in two-component epoxy primer and polyurethane primer is iron red and zinc phosphate.
