Why Is Car Paint Adhesion Low?

Bad car paint adhesion is generally caused by two situations: First, there is a problem between the coating and coating; Second, the adhesion between primer on the substrate. Car paint adhesion is not high mainly for the following reasons:
1.the surface need to spray is not clean, there may be some residue such as rust, grease, wax and so on.
2.the substrate is not enough grinding
3.the primer spray is too thin
4.Car primer is added some improper leveling agent.

Metallic paint  is a popular automobile finish. It is added aluminum particles, the light incident on the aluminum particles, aluminum particles has been reflected through the gas film.
