Chemical Composition of The Car Paint

In view of the automobile can not withstand high temperature baking, general automotive repair paint factory conditions are poor, automotive refinish coating is used of air drying primer, putty, intermediate coating, synthetic resin paint and evaporation drying type lacquer, paint vinyl chloride.
Nitrolacquer has some features of easy construction, fast-drying and polish. It is an ideal car refinishing paint. But generally lacquers weather is poor. High-quality resin modified Nitrolacquer has better weatherability. But its solids content is low, spraying need three to four layers to achieve the desired surface coating thickness, and the price is more expensive, so repair cost is higher.
Alkyd paint weather resistance is excellent, general spraying two times can reach more than 40um, coating gloss and fullness are better. The disadvantage is slow drying, long construction period, need cleaner painting environment.
