Automotive Refinish Paint Composition

Automotive refinish paint refers to the re-repairing paint for automobile body paint factory, it can only manual work by the workers, spraying must be operated at a low temperature (60 degrees Celsius). Refinish paint must have two functions, protection and aesthetic function. These two functions can not be completed independently by a single product. Therefore, high-quality refinish generally have a combination of products.
It mainly include three kinds. Putty categories: used to fill the defect of sheet metal. Primer categories: used for antirust to promote adhesion between the paint and increase the film thickness. Top Coat: To improve the surface quality and increase weathering resistance.

Metallic paint  is a popular automobile finish. It is added aluminum particles, the light incident on the aluminum particles, aluminum particles has been reflected through the gas film.
